The Chicken House Opry Opening Night

Harold’s Chicken House Opry

Harold’s Chicken House Opry will be opening back up for 2015! Our first night open will be Saturday, April 25. Doors open at 5:30, music starts at 6:30. $3.00 per person or two for $5.00. The “Ozark Mountain Revival” will be playing opening night. Second band TBA. Come join us! God Bless!!

One of the places you may not expect a potluck is a non-church,  non-family, non-organization gathering. Well, I have one for when you are out and about in Pineville, Mo. Harold’s Chicken House Opry.

The season won’t start til spring, but you will need time to plan not only driving, but the dish and door prize you would like to bring. Oh, and a love for Southern Raised Bluegrass Gospel will help your enjoyment of the evening.

The Chicken House Opry is north of Pea Ridge on Hwy 94. You will need to go 1 mile north of the Missouri line where 340 our of Bella Vista meets Hwy 94 and on the left (west) is a small sign for the Chicken House Opry.  Doors open at 5:30 p.m. There are usually 2 bands that start at 6:30 with an intermission (the potluck and drawing for door prizes) and the second band at 8. Everything wraps up about 9. Donation at the door is $3.00 per person or 2 for $5.00 so you can get a ticket for door prizes. Now, this is a lot like the white elephant gifts in that you can get everything from nice kitchen towels to a new oil can. Be prepared.

Come listen to local bluegrass and gospel groups play every 2nd and 4th Saturday each month. Two bands play each night most of the time.  (417) 435-2344
This is a unique potluck, bluegrass, old-time Saturday evening time.
